Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern the sale of products on no-legend-alone.com by Made Forward. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Products are offered subject to availability. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Made Forward reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of ordering.

An order is confirmed once payment is validated. A confirmation email summarizing the items, price, and delivery address is sent to the address you provided.

Payment is made online by card through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Card details are never stored or accessible by Made Forward.

Delivery times and fees are detailed on the Shipping page. Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to give a reason. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. See the Returns & exchanges page for the full process.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

All products carry the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided under French law, at no extra cost.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with our customer service, you may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator [NOM DU MÉDIATEUR], reachable at [SITE DU MÉDIATEUR].

These terms are governed by French law. Absent an amicable resolution, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.
